Delivery Policy:
At Simply Dance Academy, we aim to make receiving your purchases as convenient as possible. All goods ordered through our academy are collected in person at your scheduled dance lessons. There is no need for postage or shipping; simply collect your items directly from your instructor.
Collection Time: Orders will be ready for collection within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Notification: You will be notified via email or text message once your order is available for collection.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 14 days of collection in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Exclusions: Certain items, such as customised uniforms or sale items, are non-returnable.
Process: To initiate a return, please inform your instructor at your next class, or contact us. Once approved, you may return the item at your next lesson, and a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is processed.
